SHIPPING POLICY

Projet Inconnu currently ships to Canada and the United States only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with
tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Typical delivery times are 5 to 10 business days for Canada and 7 to 14 business days for the
United States. Delays may occur due to customs processing.
Customs and Duties (United States)
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and
brokerage fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the
purchase price or shipping cost. Projet Inconnu has no control over these charges and cannot
predict their amount.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at projetinconnu0@gmail.com
within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We are
not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-
shipment fees may apply.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or
exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.
Your Legal Cancellation Right (Quebec Residents)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec), you may cancel your distance

contract within seven (7) days of receiving your order confirmation, under the conditions set out
by law. To exercise this right, send a written cancellation notice to projetinconnu0@gmail.com.
You must return the product in its original condition. In accordance with Section 54.13 of the
Consumer Protection Act (Quebec), Projet Inconnu shall assume the reasonable costs of
restitution (return shipping) when you exercise your legal cancellation right. We will issue a full
refund within fifteen (15) days.
Defective or Damaged Products
Under Quebec law, all goods must be durable in normal use and free from latent defects. These
legal warranties cannot be excluded by contract. If you receive a defective or damaged product,
contact us at projetinconnu0@gmail.com within seven (7) days with:
— Your order number
— A clear description of the defect or damage
— Photos of the product showing the issue
For confirmed defective products, Projet Inconnu will cover the cost of return shipping and issue
a full refund or replacement at your choice.
Non-Delivery
If your order has not been delivered within thirty (30) days of the delivery date indicated in your
order confirmation, you may cancel by written notice. We will refund all amounts within fifteen
(15) days. If we fail to refund within 15 days, you may request a chargeback from your credit
card issuer within 60 days (Section 54.14 CPA).
How to Request a Return
All requests must be sent to projetinconnu0@gmail.com. Do not send products back without first
contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after
processing.

1. Introduction
This website is operated by Projet Inconnu, a business established and operating in the
Province of Quebec, Canada. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by
these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under
the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec) or the Civil Code of Quebec.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ to use this Service. Products are for personal use only, not resale.

3. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes effective fifteen (15) days after
posting. Any modification reducing your rights under the CPA is void.
4. Products and Pricing
Prices in Canadian dollars (CAD), taxes included as required by Quebec law. Total displayed
before purchase. Pricing errors may result in cancellation with full refund.
5. Payment
By submitting payment, you authorize us and our third-party processors to charge the full
amount. You represent all payment information is accurate.
6. Distance Contracts
All purchases are distance contracts under the CPA. Before purchase, we disclose: business
name, address, email; product description; total price including taxes and shipping; estimated
delivery date and method; and cancellation conditions. You will have the opportunity to accept
or decline and correct errors. We send a written order confirmation within 15 days in a format
you can save and print. You may cancel within 7 days under conditions set by law. We assume
reasonable return shipping costs (Section 54.13). If we fail to deliver within 30 days, you may
cancel with full refund in 15 days. Chargeback rights per Section 54.14.
7. Legal Warranties
Under Quebec law, all goods must be durable in normal use and free from latent defects. These
warranties cannot be waived.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and trademarks are owned by Projet Inconnu and protected by
Canadian and international law.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to violate any law, infringe IP or privacy rights, use automated tools, introduce
malware, or engage in fraud.
10. Limitation of Liability
Not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except for defective products, personal injury
from gross negligence, or liability that cannot be limited under Quebec law. Total liability capped
at the order amount.
11. Dispute Resolution
Courts of Quebec have jurisdiction. No forced arbitration. Class action rights preserved.
12. Governing Law
Laws of Quebec and federal laws of Canada. Foreign governing law clauses void per Section
19 CPA.
13. Chargebacks and Fraud
We reserve the right to investigate chargebacks. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in
restriction from the Service.
14. Communications
Marketing requires express consent under CASL. Unsubscribe anytime. Consent is not a
condition of purchase.
15. Force Majeure

Not liable for delays due to events beyond our reasonable control.
16. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in full force.

Name, email, shipping/billing address, phone (if provided), payment info (processed by third-
party; we do not store card details), order history, IP address, browser/device info, cookies (with
your explicit consent).
2. How We Use It
Order fulfillment, shipping, transactional emails, abandoned cart reminders (with consent),
customer support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, website improvement.
3. Consent
We collect information only with your informed and explicit consent (Law 25). Transactional
communications implied with purchase. Marketing requires express opt-in. Withdraw anytime
via email or unsubscribe link.
4. Cookies
No tracking cookies without your explicit opt-in consent. Essential cookies for cart functionality
do not require consent.
5. Third Parties
Shopify (hosting/orders), payment processors, shipping carriers, email marketing tools. We do
not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
6. Data Storage
Information may be stored outside Quebec through Shopify. We conduct privacy impact
assessments before cross-border transfers as required by Law 25.
7. Data Retention
Retained only as long as necessary or as required by law. Securely destroyed when no longer
needed.

8. Your Rights
Access, rectification, deletion, data portability, withdraw consent, de-indexation. Contact
projetinconnu0@gmail.com. Response within 30 days.
9. Data Breaches
We notify you and the Commission d'acces a l'information du Quebec (CAI) of breaches
presenting risk of serious injury, as required by Law 25.
10. Children
Service not intended for persons under 18. Collection of information of minors under 14 requires
parental consent.
